Easter Sunday...the true meaning

Might I just say to you all, HAPPY EASTER! This Easter weekend for me has been great! I have gotten to take my first communion on good Friday! I don't know if any of you follow Carlotta's blog, but today she has truly filled me up with the true meanings of Easter. You never really realize how important or how sad that story really it. One thing that strikes me crazy about Easter is that when we pray, we are talking to the same God that had to go through all that suffering for us. I also realized a few minutes ago while reading Carlotta's blog, that the cross is really so much more that just a sign of us being Christ followers. It means so much more if you get what I mean? Some of these things are hard to type out so I won't type them out for your sake. I just thought that was kind of an important thing to realize. Hope that you feel as I did while reading that wonderful post!

Miscellaneous...now that's a wierd words!

Miscellaneous wow what a weird word? Who ever came up with that words? Bafflegab, and Multiloquence? What does that mean? Tonight I am going to a masquerade ball at elmbrook church! I'm am SO excited. Hopefully I will be able to take some pictures and not get to busy dancing the night away. My mask is absolutely positively wonderful! It's shaped like a butterfly. I am also really excited because I'll get to see some of my long lost friends! To tell you the truth, I don't think I've ever been to a dance. Now I promised myself I wouldn't write anything but it is just so tempting. Once I get a thought it will just naturally go from my head....to my hands....to my fingers....to my finger nails, which are now painted a lovely purple.....to the keyboards.....to the computer! Wow, that was a lot of dots.........

Summer....Summer...Summer!

Looking at this picture I can't help but to think of summer! Those of you who live in a always warm state don't ever have to deal with that! Even though almost all the snow by our house is gone it still is cold some days. Wednesday, only being 40 degrees, me and Sophia had a hose fight while doing creampuff, the ponies tank! Some of you might thing WOW, only 40 degrees and your already spraying each other with water?!?! Well folks, that just how the Wisconsinites roll! We'll wear sweats out side and no coats until the all the ground is covered with snow and and wear shorts and T-shirts once the first patch of grass is seen! When I think of summer I think of good things, and bad things for example, running down the driveway barefoot and stepping on a bush of sand burs and having seven of them on the bottom of my foot ;( There are way to many good memories to tell them all so here's just a few.....eating Popsicles and the cousins house, jumping on the trampoline, playing kickball in the beating sun, giving baths to the horses, spending as much time doing nothing as you want, smoothies, rip-sticking, track,and playing with friends any time, and any day of the week, and many more!!!!!! What memories does the word summer bring back for you?
